These
are books, articles, videos and other items of interest which have
helped me along my way. Some are mentioned in Dancing in My Mother’s Slippers.
Others are books about grief, healing and spirituality I’ve enjoyed
reading at other times in my life. Many are books I refer to

Aigen,
Rabbi Ronald. Renew Our Days: A Book of Jewish Prayer and
Meditation. Montreal: Congregation Dorshei Emet, 1996. This is my
favorite prayer book, and it contains my favorite translation of Psalm
30 (on page 99). It also contains “A Family Prayer,” by J. Harry
Berger, (on page 601) which I adapted for Ben and Julia’s wedding.
